1. The material of the waste wire can be telephone wire, household electric wire,
automotive wire and cables, diameter should be within 25 mm.
2. This type of waste cable recycling machine needs no water during the whole process, what you need to do is only to put the waste wire/cable into the feeding device, the copper and plastic will be separated by vibrating separator. The copper purity can be 99%.

Copper Wire Recycling Procedures
1. Crushing process
Put waste copper/ cable into crusher to make plastic skin and copper separate completely.
2. Conveying and dust-collecting
After crushing, the crushed material (mixture of copper and plastic) will be conveyed to the separator, during which procedure the plastic granules (including fiber, rope, or
dust, etc. ) are cleaned by the dust cleaner.
3. Separating process
The vibrating separator consists of separating board, amplitude adjustable device, and speed adjustable motor, etc. It is used to separate plastic and copper.
4. Copper-collecting and copper clad recrushing
There are two discharging holes respectively for copper and plastic, if there are any copper clad, they need to be recrushed.
5. All the units are installed on the underbed to form a whole plant, very easy for
transport. The machine is well adjusted before shipping, so the customer only needs to connect it to the power supply before production.
